Ball joint for the near-side (left) suspension swing arm (rear lower wishbone). Supplied with class 10.9 high tensile bolts & nuts to replace the existing rivets. We additionally include industry
approved Nord-Lock washers for increased reliability of the through fittings and the
correct tall type nyloc nut for the ball-joint end. Shipped with our own replacement ball-joint fitting
guide.
Note:
The complete swing arm will need to be removed to replace the ball joint, so you may also require:
- Hub Nut - CV flange shaft must be taken out of hub as it prevents ball joint removal.
- 1300 or
1500 Wheel Bearing V-seal - The inner seal is located on the CV flange shaft that needs to be removed.
- M14 x 1.5 Nyloc Nut, Tall Type - two required for swing arm mountings and one for track adjusting rod to swing arm.
- M10 x 1.25 Nyloc Nut, Tall Type - two required for strut to hub carrier.
