X1/9 Gear Stick Overhaul Kit

This is a kit of parts to replace the nylon cup and rubber bush that keeps the ball under pressure on all 5 speed and late 4 speed ('76-'78) gear sticks. Can help with annoying shifter rattles at specific revs and to counter any loose feel when changing gear. For 5 speed use, the kit also includes the nyloc nut for reassembling the gear change rod pivot and anti-vibration bushes for the tunnel mounting plate. Kit can also be used in conjunction with top covers TR082 (5 speed) and TR083 (late 4 speed). Includes a sachet of rubber grease (not shown in picture) to lubricate the moving parts.
