Manifold Nut - Locking

M8 manifold lock nut. Copper flashed steel that benefits from the strength of a standard nut but will not seize on the thread. These feature a unique self-locking split collar for secure fastening without the need of any additional spring washer. Original size 13mm hex flats. Can be used with heavy duty washers FS339 for manifold bridging studs. Applicable to:

FIAT X1/9 models -

• There are 7 studs on the inlet/exhaust manifold;
• The standard downpipe flange has 4 studs on carburettor cars or 3 for fuel injection / catalytic converter models;
• The exhaust manifold heat shield uses an additional 3 studs;

Lancia Scorpion and Montecarlo S1 & S2 models -

• There are 2 studs on the inlet manifold and 5 studs on the exhaust manifold;
• The standard downpipe flange has 4 studs;
• The exhaust manifold heat shield uses an additional 3 studs;
