X1/9 Standard Exhaust - 1500 from 01/1982

Original specification exhaust for carburettor 1500 models built from 01/1982, but can be fitted to earlier 1500 cars if required. These have a 4 stud flange and are not suitable for fuel injection / catalytic converter models which use a 3 stud flange.

This exhaust has a bracing plate on the inlet pipes and so doesn't feature the additional bracket for the gearbox mount support bar that was fitted to the earlier 1500 models. If your car has a gearbox mount with the support bar, either as standard or as a replacement, then fit the earlier exhaust code EX008
