X1/9 Coil - Facet Uprated

New style epoxy filled ignition coil designed specifically for use with conventional contact breaker points without a ballast resistor. This coil is a direct replacement for the original oil-bath variety, whilst being more efficient and reliable. Applicable to both 1300 and 1500 models. It is not suitable for cars fitted with factory Bosch electronic ignition or upgraded with an aftermarket system such as the Lumenition Standard SV040 or Performance SV042 Optronic ignition. Made in Italy by FACET, the leading aftermarket manufacturer.

When replacing the unit, terminal 1 is the existing negative connection to contact breakers and terminal 15 is positive lead to ignition supply.
