Montecarlo Cooling Hose Set

Black silicon rubber cooling hose set for later Montecarlo models using the original factory 4 port thermostat, but can also be retro-fitted to Scorpion and early Montecarlo models where a 3 port thermostat was used.

Note: To complete this hose set you will also require a heater return hose to suit your thermostat and inlet pipe at the water pump - this must be ordered separately as either:

• CO317 for 3 port thermostat and 3 port inlet pipe;
• CO318 for 4 port thermostat and 2 port inlet pipe;
• CO319 for 4 to 3 port thermostat conversion with existing 2 port inlet pipe;

Heater hoses are moulded to the original form for perfect routing - these are not generic straight hoses that are easily kinked.

The set comprises:

• Radiator left;
• Radiator right;
• Cylinder head top rail to right radiator tube;
• Lower tube rail to left radiator tube;
• Cylinder head rail to thermostat*;
• Lower tube rail to thermostat*;
• Thermostat to water pump;
• Expansion tank lower to water pump;
• Expansion tank upper to cylinder head top rail;
• Cylinder head left to heater feed pipe;
• Heater return pipe to auto-choke take-off;
• Take-off Tee piece to auto-choke;
• Auto-choke to inlet manifold;

*where a 3 port thermostat was originally used these two hoses are swapped over and the thermostat re-orientated.

You may also require the heater return to auto-choke take-off Tee piece CO312 or joiner CO321.

Use with stainless steel hose clip set FS304 available separately.

Manufactured to a premium quality from high grade silicone polymer and reinforced with a high strength polyester fabric. Designed to work to greater pressure levels and an increased minimum/maximum operating temperature range of -40ºC to +180ºC.
